Id theft

She used a debit card and when the people stolen her card they already had money on the card. I feel that it is common because it can be so easy and people don't have a lot of money. All they need is a social security card and a credit card. Well you need to shread all of your mail and don't carry your social secrity cards on you. Also if someone calls you asking for your social security card don't give it to them. I think the person at blame is the person that steals the information because if they never tried to steal it then the other person wouldn't have to worry about protecting their cards.
